Communication was great

“…Jeff and team’s work was excellent quality and they delivered exactly what we wanted, rather than doing what was easier - this was particularly true of our tiling where I had specified particularly large format tiles. The team were polite, respectful…they were also very helpful to me personally, which I needed given I was 6 month pregnant at the start of works! Jeff’s communication was great - he was always available and set out clear timeframes to us.”
